The Upper Salinas Las Tablas Resource Conservation District (RCD) enlisted the chef services of The Wellness Kitchen and Resource Center for their June 20th fundraising dinner and discovered the dinner menu and the celebration of local farmers and ranchers brought this family of non-profits closer together.

The US-LT RCD helps public and private landowners to conserve natural resources throughout the Upper Salinas River Watershed and surrounding environments – Northern coastal and eastern San Luis Obispo County and a portion of southern Monterey County.
